Singer Palace Hotel

January 27, 2021

The eternal city: where behind every corner and building lies a gem to be discovered, a legend to be told, history to be revealed.

Set in Rome's historic district, the Singer Palace hotel puts guests a few steps away from the neighborhood's must-see city's landmarks such as Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps attractions.

The XX century building, which was once home to the Singer Sewing Machine Rome's headquarters, was masterfully restored by Roman architect Potito Michele Giorgio who maintained its original character and Art Deco elements. The stunning marble grand staircase, the elegant entrance and vestibule, the paneled round lifts, the wooden and Bakelite fittings, and the stained glass are currently the central showpieces of the palazzo.

With a lively mix of ancient contexts and modern furnishing elements, Milanese designer Elisa Ferrari has created a stylish and contemporary whole that exudes a classy yet warm, homey ambiance. The 30 rooms - including nine suites - are distributed over just four floors and overlook either the tranquil inner courtyard or Via del Corso and Via Specchi.

The tall ceilings and windows create bright spaces filled with natural light. Decorated with a neutral greige palette, they are all outfitted with dark parquet floors, elegantly upholstered headboards, premium mattresses, and bedding, custom paneling or silk wall covering, and adorned with objets d'art and books.

Bathrooms feature glass rain showers or tubs. Bold red-veined white marble has been used in the suites bathrooms and mosaic tile in the rooms.

The Singer Palace boasts a spacious two-level rooftop restaurant and bar terrace which serve up food and cocktails to match the beautiful views of ancient Rome.

At the Singer Hotel, you will find dedicated attention to detail and a keen, personalized service that is second to none.
